1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from PetLifePlus. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe our products accurately and to display colours faithfully, but screen colours vary and minor variations may occur. Product images are illustrative.

Our products are pet accessories and general pet care items. They are not veterinary devices and are not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition. If your pet is unwell, consult a veterinarian.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before you place an order.

Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch the goods.

5. Order acceptance and cancellation

We may decline or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

6. Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to PetLifePlus or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, or to interfere with its operation.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject always to the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding its purchase price.
